I provide a safe and supportive space to explore and gain clarity about yourself and your relationships, helping you connect with what's needed in your life.

I offer both short-term and long-term counselling. The frequency of the sessions varies depending on each case.

A short video or phone call to get to know each other and ask questions.

This session is free of charge.

Book a 60 min In-Person Session

My counselling office is located close to transit and has a free parking spot available.

Each individual in-person counselling session is CAD 133

After each payment, a receipt will be issued for you to submit to your Extended Health Benefits provider for reimbursement. You can inquire beforehand whether they'll cover services from a counselling therapist registered with ACCT reg. #3040 and CPCA reg. #4261.

Affordable Counselling

I strive to provide counselling services to individuals of all economic backgrounds. To make these services more accessible, I offer a limited number of sliding scale options ranging from $90 to $120 per session for those in financial need.

If approved, this low-cost counselling rate is valid for three months. After this period, we may reevaluate and adjust the rate based on your financial status and my availability.
